At Hasil, your satisfaction matters to us. We aim to provide a smooth, stress-free exchange experience so you always feel confident shopping with us.


How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, contact our customer support team on WhatsApp at +92 323 8859012.
Please share your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.


Exchange Timeframe

Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.


Reverse Pick-up (Karachi Only)

Karachi customers can benefit from our reverse pick-up service, where we arrange collection from your location.

Reverse Pick-up Fee (Karachi Only)

A fee of Rs 200 will be charged upon delivering the exchanged item.


Exchange for Other Cities

Customers outside Karachi should send the item back through any reliable courier service to our warehouse address.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and labels attached


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale / clearance items

  • Items missing original tags

  • Products with perfume, stains, or wear marks

However, we will happily exchange items with manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
